- Beta released and Launched WebEngages first AI features “Predictive Segment”. The feature got 35 % adoption in the beta phase. The feature was able to generate additional
revenue of more than $5,000 from existing clients.
- Led product roadmap, product vision, user stories and marketing strategy for 9 analytics features with the goal of improving the Analytics module.
- Introduced Automated reporting capability to the WebEngage platform, which helped decrease engineering efforts by 30%.
